What type of files do you accept?

We accept any file format whether it is JPG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, PSD, RAW,NEF, EPS Etc. Please feel free to send us any files you feel comfortable with.

What will be the final format of the images?

It depends on you. We will deliver images at your selected file format. Just let us know which file format you prefer.

Is there any size limit?

No. There is no size limit. We will deliver images at your selected image size. Just let us know which size you prefer.

Can I provide a customized size ratio for resizing?

Yes. You can provide a customized size ratio for resizing. We will resize your images according to your instructions.

How long will it take to complete my order?

The general turnaround is 24 hours for (free trial) Otherwise it depends on clients urgency. And It also depends on the number of images & their complexity. Our Production Capacity 2000 images per day. We encourage our client’s to get in touch with us directly via email for faster turnarounds.

What will happen if I’m not happy with a completed image?

We offer unlimited revisions until you are satisfied. We only charge you once we can satisfy you.

What is your working time?

Our team works 24×7 and 365 days in a year. You can contact us and send us files any time we are always here to help you.

What is the minimum order requirement?

There is no minimum order requirement. You can order any amount of images.

How can I pay you?

You can pay us via PayPal, Bank Transfer. We will send you an invoice via paypal at the end of every month detailing the orders for the month’s works. The payment term is next 15 days.

Can I make payment weekly or monthly?

You have to pay us once for the first order when the first order is delivered. And then from the next orders you can also pay us on a weekly or monthly basis.In that case you have to make an agreement with us.

Can I cancel the enhancement process once I've placed my order?

Yes you can but within an hour from the time you have sent your order. If you want to cancel after one hour, there is a 20% charge of the order made.

Do you guarantee the safety and security of my images?

Yes. All of your images are 100% safe and secure with us. We don’t share any image with any 3rd party. We store images as a backup for only 60 days based on client requirements. After that we delete all of your images from our system. If you don’t allow us to store your images, then we will delete after you receive and review all images.

Will you use my images for commercial purposes?

No. We don’t use your images for commercial purposes . We don’t have the right to use your images so don’t worry.

If there are some revisions, should I pay extra?

If we haven’t done what was asked for from the very beginning we’ll be glad to make the corrections without any additional charge. But if you add more additional instructions then you have to pay extra.

How can I ask for a free trial ?

Just fill up the free trial form on your website and send your images to us ( Free trial image quantity will be maximum 5) or Directly contract with us via Email for free trial.

How can I send and receive my images?

You can send us images via FTP, Dropbox ,WeTransfer, Google Drive Etc. And you will also receive your processed images via FTP, Dropbox ,WeTransfer, Google Drive Etc. You can also send us the images via other 3rd party sites.

Is my FTP account safe and secure?

Yes. Your FTP account is 100% safe and secure with us.

How do I undo my order if I upload wrong images?

Let us know via email and we will cancel your order and request you to send a new order.

Is it possible to get a refund?

Yes, If you cancel your order before we start working. We will refund 100% of your money. If we complete your order and deliver you the images then you will not be eligible to get a refund. We offer unlimited revisions until you are satisfied.

What are your turnaround times?
